Huboo supports multiple same-channel integrations to one Huboo account.
This functionality is currently available for the following channels:
Linnworks (Channel Manager)
Synchronising Inventory & Matching Orders For The Same Item Sold On 2 Instances Of The Same Channel
If you sell the same item on more than one instance of the same channel, you should use the same SKU for the item, so that Huboo can successfully match orders and synchronise inventory levels for the item.
You will also need to ensure that your order matching and "Inventory Processing" settings within Huboo are configured in such a way that we use your SKU for matching items.
To adjust your inventory synchronisation matching settings
- Go to client.huboo.uk/channels
- Click the icon of the channel
- If supported, click the dropdown beneath the "Inventory Processing" header and select "Linked By All Possible"
To adjust your order matching settings
Please contact your Business Development Manager or create a support ticket.
Since item / product IDs assigned by channels are unique to each listing on each site, it is not possible to match products by Item ID/ Product ID across multiple instances of the same channel.
