Before you start shipping through Huboo, you'll need to set up a payment method - when you first sign in, and until you've done so, you'll be presented with the following notification in your dashboard:

To set up payment by Direct Debit, simply follow these steps:

  • Click the "Set Up Payment" button in the warning notification:

  • In the Direct Debit payment setup page, click the "Setup Direct Debit" link:

  • You'll be re-directed to our 'Go Cardless' platform, which securely processes your information and manages your Direct Debit instruction for Huboo. Complete the form on the Go Cardless page:

  • Once you’ve entered your details and checked everything is correct, click the “Set up Direct Debit” button:

  • You’ll be directed to a confirmation box - check your details are correct, then click “Confirm”:

  • A message will be displayed confirming that your Direct Debit has been set up successfully:

Approving Your Direct Debit Details

Once you've completed the above process, please allow 24-48 hours for Huboo to check and verify your Direct Debit payment details have been correctly entered. Once we've done so, the warning notification regarding no authorised payment method will be removed from your Dashboard.
