We can only fulfil your items when we have them in our warehouse and checked into our software. So what happens to the items when they are in transit to us?


eBay

"Good Until Cancelled" Items

When you move an item to our control using the huboo dashboard we will automatically zero the inventory on eBay for that item. This prevents sales being made when the items are in transit to us and not fulfillable. When the items arrive in our warehouse we will promptly check in the items and the eBay inventory will automatically reflect the inventory we hold for you, making the items automatically available for sale again.


Fixed Term Items (e.g. 10 day or 30 listings)

eBay does not allow these items to hold zero inventory. For this reason when you move an item to our control using the huboo dashboard, instead of zeroing the inventory we will automatically extend the dispatch time to 7 days, giving your items time to be shipped to us and to be fulfilled by us without dissapointing anyone that purchases the item during the time that it is in transit to huboo. Once we receive the goods we will automatically update their disptach time to 24 hours.


Amazon


When you move an item to our control using the huboo dashboard we will automatically zero the inventory on Amazon for that item. This prevents sales being made when the items are in transit to us and not fulfillable. When the items arrive in our warehouse we will promptly check in the items and the Amazon inventory will automatically reflect the inventory we hold for you, making the items automatically available for sale again.

We can either set the inventory to zero like the Amazon model above or we can leave you to manage the inventory. Please contact us.
