We can manage returns if needed. Simply give your huboo address as the return address and we will take care of the rest.
To help with the returns process we ask that the product identifier or P number is added to the return address if it is not visible on the product. e.g. Huboo Ref 1003 Return P-1444.
When the return arrives we simply inspect the item and if it is unopened/new we will book it back in to stock for you. If it is bad quality/opened then we can send it back to you or dispose of it.
Our recommended approach is to decide what to do with it when managing a return with a buyer. For example if the buyer simply changes their mind and the item is good then return to us, or if it is damaged then return to you.
