The Current Sales With Huboo section shows you all orders which Huboo has;


  • Imported from your sales channels
  • Successfully linked to Huboo listings
  • Successfully allocated available stock to 




Customer Orders For More Than One Item


Sales in "Current Sales With Huboo" are shown as Huboo orders - meaning that if you have a customer order for more than one different item, you will see an entry in this section for each item.


In Huboo terms:


  • An "Order" is an order for any quantity of a single SKU
  • A "Basket" is a collection of "Orders" for a single customer 


"Baskets" - will appear like the below screenshot, with separate order rows for each inventory item, for the same customer:


Multiple item orders for the same customer will be shipped together by default by Huboo, provided that:


  • The orders were imported to Huboo at the same time
  • The customer address details on each order row are identical
  • There is stock for all items on the customer order at Huboo
  • The cumulative gross weight of all items in the shipment plus packaging does not exceed 30kg



Cancelling & Amending Orders In "Current Sales With Huboo"


Once an order is imported to Huboo from your sales channel(s) you will have a limited period of time to either cancel or amend the customer details on an order.


Important Note


Cancelling an order in your sales channel does NOT cancel an order in Huboo. If a customer asks to cancel an order, you should check Huboo first to ensure that it is not "Locked For Shipping" before cancelling and refunding the order on your sales channel. 


If an order is "Locked For Shipping" you cannot cancel the order in Huboo and will need to arrange a return with your customer once they have received the order(s).


How To Cancel An Order In "Sales Currently With Huboo"


Before an order becomes "Locked For Shipping" you can cancel any order by clicking the "Cancel" button in the "action/status" column



Important Note:


If you have a customer with orders for more than one unique item, you will need to cancel each order row, for each unique item in "Current Sales With Huboo". The "Cancel" button only cancels the item on the order row it is attached to and will not affect any other item orders for the same customer.


This also means that if your customer cancels only one item from an order, you can just cancel this row.


If a customer orders more than one of the same item and just wishes to change the quantity of the item on the order, you will need to cancel the entire order row for that item and create a manual order for the correct quantity. 

You cannot adjust the quantity in "Current Sales With Huboo" for reasons associated with stock allocation.



Amending Customer Details On An Order


Before an order becomes "Locked For Shipping" you can edit a customer's name, address and contact details, by clicking on their name or postcode


When you click on either the customer name or postcode, the following type of pop-up box will appear:


 

You will be able to edit any of the customer's name and address details and select a different country or standard shipping method from using the dropdown selectors at the bottom of the pop-up box. Simply make the required changes and click the "Submit" button.


Important Note:


If you have a customer with orders for more than one unique item and need to either cancel all the items on the order, or amend their name or address details on the order, you will need to cancel or amend each order row, for each unique item in "Current Sales With Huboo"


The "Cancel" button only cancels the item on the order row it is attached to and will not affect any other item orders for the same customer. Similarly, amending the contact details on one item order will NOT amend the contact details on any other item orders for the same customer.


This also means that if your customer cancels only one item from an order, you can just cancel this row.



Locked For Shipping Status


Huboo ship most orders for all clients within 24 hours of importing the order. 

The process of picking and packing orders is a very fast-moving one and means that there is only a limited time within which we can allow customers to cancel or amend orders before the fulfilment process has begun.


When the order status in "Sales Currently With Huboo" shows "Locked For Shipping" this means that the physical process of fulfilling that order has begun and the order can no longer be cancelled or amended



When Do Orders Get Locked For Shipping?


Orders are locked at three intervals across a working day:


09:00 hrs UK time

13:00 hrs UK time

15:00 hrs UK time


A such, if an order is imported to Huboo at 10:00 hrs UK time, you will have until 13:00 hrs UK time to cancel or amend that order. 


If an order is imported to Huboo after 15:00 hrs UK time, you will have until 09:00 hrs the following day to cancel or amend that order.
